There is only one English version for Pharos Control. 

As for the test box with unknown language, it usually indicates that the Pharos Control is already running on the PC.

The Pharos Control should be started automatically after the installation, you may check the Task Manager to find it.

End the task and open the Pharos Control from the desktop instead.

If you only have 1-2 CPE products to set up, you may simply configure them via the web UI.
