Hi All, 

 

This feature is not yet available? It's currently grayed-out on the Motion Detection, Area Intrusion and Line Crossing Under Smart Event Detection.

Have you added the cameras to this NVR?

If you add them, these options can be set.

Yes, all cameras are added and operational.

 

 

Human and Vehicle detection are grayed-out.

Mine is also greyed out, so I guess it might not be supported.
