I just encountered that my NVR1008H cannot detect the new Seagate Skyhawk. I already sent my device to the service center and they tested that the old version of Seagate Skyhawk and WD Purple are working. When It was returned to me, I tried it again with the new Skyhawk but still It doesn't work and the HDD cannot be detected. I tried to connect the HDD to the PC and it is working and found no bad sector. I tried to format it as well at the PC but when I connect it back to the NVR still the HDD cannot be found.

What HDD you use with your NVR1008H? So we can know what HDD is fully compatible on it?
