TL-ER605 Blocks HikVision two-way audio communication
TL-ER605 Blocks HikVision two-way audio communication
Good day.
I am asking for help in configuring the TP-LINK TL-R605 V2 router I have access to the Internet via fiber optic cable by Orange Polska along with their ONTs.
ONT is connected to R605 with RJ45 cable, then R605 is connected to TL-SG2216 switch Everything works very well, but I have a small problem that cannot be avoided. Namely, two sets of HikVision IP video intercoms do not allow for two-way audio communication if we want to receive an incoming call from the doorphone outside the Lan home network in which the video intercom works, e.g. via the GSM network.
I will add that the problem does not occur if I have an optical fiber connected to FunBox 6 (ONT and Router in one) from Orange.
Unfortunately, due to the structure of the network, I am forced to use solutions that are not possible with FunBox, i.e. WATERPROOF.
I am asking for help on how to find the culprit of my problem.
It is definitely R605, unfortunately the experts from HikVision died just like those from Orange.
Sorry for my English but I am using the Translator.

@sadaman I have two questions, but let me start with a small correction.
Both HikVision KIS604 kits started working.
I can now make two-way audio communication from outside my home network.
It happened after installing the OC200 controller. The best part is I didn't have to change anything in the settings ... it just started working.
So the controller itself introduces / unlocks something that was responsible for this problem.
As for Large Ping, is there any way to disable the messages about this attack to eliminate their network impact?
As soon as the router notices them, it blocks the connection to the Internet.
On average, it takes up to 1 minute. Is there any way around it?

@sadaman Cool.
I unchecked the "Large ping" function and it seems that the internet loss problem is gone, but I will still watch :)
I will fill the ports on your advice.
I am still wondering where in the OC200 I can assign a fixed IP and device names in the LAN.
In the R605 it was possible to do it in the "Network> Lan> Address Reservation" tab, unfortunately I cannot find
such a possibility to assign a fixed IP and give my own name here.
