Model: ER605 (TL-R605)
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.0.1 Build 20220223

Hi Everyone,

My Questions is

---> In ER605 (standalone mode) how to Whitelist MAC of approved PCs and block the connection coming for other MAC from connecting to my network (Wired and Wireless).

Here is the config.

2 ISP (WAN1, WAN2)

2 Routers 1) Main router : ER605 v2 Firmware 2.0.1 Build 20220223 (standalone)

                 2) Access Point : Archer A9 v6.0 Firmware 1.1.1)

note : Omada Controller Not available. So ER605 is in Standalone mode.

Connections

ISPs > ER605 > Archer A9

ISPs

ISP1 > ER605 WAN

ISP2 > ER605 WAN / LAN1

ER605 and Archer A9 (Router Mode) is connected through LAN to LAN (ER605 LAN3 > Archer A9 LAN1).

Dhcp server in ER605 is Enabled and Dhcp server in Archer A9 is disabled.

@Shailesh_M I also have the same question. Is MAC filtering possible using e605 as a standalone device?

@Somnus That must be another router, e605 does not have that option under firewall... The e605 interface its not the same as the screenshot :(

@Gui.Roberti is right. My ER605 doesn't have this option.

also, i have tried using Anti ARP Spoofing with the option of denying packets from MAC ids that are not in IP-MAC binding. But i have tried using this function in my old router. it worked sometimes, but mostly it didn't work, that's why i am reluctant to use this.

Here is an emulator for ER605 : https://emulator.tp-link.com/er605_un_1.0/index.html

@Shailesh_M my hardware is v2.0 running latest firmware version... I guess they removed this feature on the v2 hardware?
