Dear Tplink Support Teams,

 

My Omada hardware  Cloud Controller. not going online i try  reset and restore configura.but still not blinking Cloud light. I need your support to solve my issues.

 

Example:1

I insert the Rj45 cable ETH1(PoEIN) Omada Cloud Controller not ping 192.168.1.14 

Example:2 i removed the cable Rj45 ETH1(PoEIN)  Omada Cloud Controller Ping and access  on my local PC

If you can log in locally to the controller's interface, you can go to Settings ----Cloud Access and make sure Cloud Access is enabled.
Are you bound to a TP-LINK ID on this screen?

Just striving to develop myself while helping others.
