Hey Everyone,

i wanted to know how to block Guest and IoT vlan clients from accessing router admin page.

Scenario,

Router : ER605. (Standalone Mode)

Switch : 2 Old router with Openwrt using as switch and access point.

Total 3 vLan : LAN, Guest and IoT

Admin :  IP : 1.1.1.1 and Default Gateway : 1.1.1.1

Guest :  IP : 2.2.2.1 and Default Gateway : 2.2.2.1

IoT :  IP : 3.3.3.1 and Default Gateway : 3.3.3.1

for Guest vLan

Er605 ip: 2.2.2.1.

2 Switch: 2.2.2.2 and 2.2.2.3

i what to block access to all 3 (Er605 and Switches). How to do this ?

i tryed making a IP Group of 2.2.2.1, 2.2.2.2 and 2.2.2.3. using Access Control to block Non Admin ips. Did not work.

Omada router does not support management VLAN function on standalone mode. You will need to use Omada Controller. Once the router be managed by a controller, the web UI will not take effect anymore.

How to create a management VLAN via Omada controller

I and others have tried a number of workarounds using ACLs for this and have been unsuccessful.  You can however block everything BUT the gateway IP of the router using ACLs.  Its been reported a number of times and TP-Link are well aware
