Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: Unknown

Wireless Access Point will not factory default.  When powering on the WAP, the light will flash Green to Red to Orange then to solid green.  I have held the reset buttonfor up to a minute, with no success factory defaulting.  

 

No Wireless SSID's are being broadcast.

Connect your mobile phone to main router wifi and run Omada APP, can you see this EAP in standalone list?

 

If you can see the EAP via Omada APP, then try reset it via APP;

If APP also cannot see this EAP, it could be hardware issue.
