We are unable to access the EAP225 after upgrading the firmware to 5.8 and was disconnected to Omada Controller. Then we tried to hard reset it, didn't work (5-30 seconds reset).

Firstly make sure the EAP is powered up, secondly press and hold the reset button on the EAP for more than 15 seconds, if you still do not see a change in the light, suspect a hardware problem and suggest contacting support directly.
@jxis I have a similar problem when upgrading to v8. I cannot still access the AP. I try hard reset but does'nt work. How did you resolve the problem?
