Model: OC300
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.13.1 Build 20220921 Rel.35923

Trying to use the AI Optimization feature for WLAN Power and keep on getting "General Error". When I look at the Optimization Logs, there is no error logged and the process stops after about 15 seconds.

If I just use the Automatic Channel Optimization feature it works fine. Only the Automatic Power feature fails.

Wireless Devices:

1 EAP225 (Outdoor) V1.0 (FW 5.0.9)

2 EAP650 V1.26 (FW 1.0.3)

Is it something I am doing or a bug in the firmware ?

Thanks

  @CoolNet I have the same issue. For me the AI WLAN Power Optimization is not working too and I also get the General Error pop-up/text when I want to enable Power Optimization and click on Save.

TP-Link Omada Model OC200 v1.0
Firmware: 1.20.1 Build 20220921 Rel.35880

TP-Link EAP653(EU) v1.0
Firmware 1.0.1 Build 20220524 Rel. 60447

Can someone from TP link help us?
Might this be related to firmware of the EAP653?

  @CoolNet

It is likely that the current firmware version of EAP is not yet adapted with this feature, so it is recommended to wait for a later firmware update.

Just striving to develop myself while helping others.
