Model: TL-ER6120
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: TL-ER6120v1_en_1.0.7_[20140113-rel63736]_up

My internet connection consists of a Vodafone FTTH modem/router (IP 192.168.1.1) connected to the WAN1 port of the TL-ER6120 (IP 192.168.0.1) which distributes the data to the network (192.168.0.XX). Everything is OK. My workstation has dual NICs, both 10/100/1000 Mbps; the first connected directly to the modem/router (with IP 192.168.1.4) the second to the TL-ER6120 with IP 192.168.0.40 and everything works fine. If I do an Ookla speed test, with the 192.168.0.1 network the maximum speed is 185 Mbit/Down and 259 Mbit/Upload. If I do the same test by disabling the 192.168.0.40 card and using the direct connection to the Vodafone modem (192.168.1.1) the speed is 855 Mbit/Down and 450 Mbit/Upload. But it is possible that there is all this loss of speed with the TL-ER6120. I disabled any limitation, balance, firewall etc... set System Mode with NAT, but nothing changes. Is it a limitation of the TL-ER6120 ? If I change model do I have hopes that the speed is maintained and distributed to the network without any loss, for example TL-ER7206 or TL-ER8411 ? Thanks in advance for the advice.

Yes, your guess is right, the ER6120 V1 has only 350M NAT Throughput and the speed is limited, check this:

https://static.tp-link.com/resources/document/TL-ER6120_v1.0_Datasheet.zip

There is no doubt that the TL-ER7206 and TL-ER8411 are able to handle the network speed perfectly for these two latest products.
