I just realized there is a missing part here. Anyone having the same issue? User logged in as an administrator.

Thanks for your valuable feedback.

 

After further investigation, the hardware controller doesn't support the "Export Data" feature as always, but the software controller does.

This has been already submitted as a feature request to the TP-Link team for evaluation.

  @MatthiasLoi Cool. Thank you for letting me know. Will try and check your suggestion as I installed/upgraded mine using the compressed package.

PS. Also want to confirm if you are also logged in as Administrator and not Main Administrator.

It's still missing from both my sites

ER7206 v1.0 1.3.0 Build 20230322 Rel.70951

ER605 v2.0 2.1.2 Build 20230210 Rel.62992

 

Any idea when this will be added back?

May I know the firmware version of your controller?

I have checked on Controller v5.9 and seen the Export Data Option has been added in the Services block.
