I'm only using the model EAP 245, not use tp-link sw, gateway. Recently it's disconnected but normal internet
Disconnected means there is a connectivity problem between the EAP and the controller, suggest checking if the EAP and controller can communicate with each other?
Try pinging the EAP's IP address from the controller's end to see if it can be pinged through.

Ping is working but it says Disconnected, most likely the firewall or anti-virus software has blocked the port, try turning off the firewall and anti-virus software.
@Virgo I don't use anti-virut software and I already disable firewall on computer.
