Fasted Ping in load balancing
Hi, by enabling the er605 load balancing, having two internet lines, is it possible to ALWAYS choose the lowest Ping to use? In my case I have a Tiscali internet line with Ping 17ms and a Vodafone internet line with Ping 45ms...
can I tell the router to always use 17ms Ping

In Load Balancing--Link Backup, set low ping wan as primary wan and high ping wan as backup wan.

If you want the rules you set to work for a period of time, you can select timing, which sets a time period in Preferences--Time Range.
If you want the rules you set to work all the time, you can choose any one of the Fairover, then enable in Status and click OK to save.

okay. but that's not what I'm looking for. I need to have both lines active, both lines navigating, but when I go to do the speed test I want it to use the Tiscali Ping, but it must still use both lines

So Policy Routing may be a solution for you. what's the Port Status in Load Balancing -- Online Detection after you set a policy routing rule.

both online, but doing some tests, I always surf with only one internet line, the one with low ping. the other, despite being online, does not seem to be exploited. later if I can attach screen of the page, maybe I'm doing something wrong

Your configuration is fine, Policy Routing will allow traffic to go to the WAN you set up first, and there will be very little traffic after another WAN. Only when the primary WAN goes offline will the backup WAN be used.
