I opened a similar thread last year regarding the same problem :
T2600G logs flooded with errors ' Failed to create Multicast Group hardware.'
TP-link support has provided me with a beta build including a fix: 2.0.5 Build 20210305 Rel.33988(Beta)
This has solved the problem for one year.
Now the problem is happening again.
(still running the provided beta firmware)

It semms related to MLD (IPv6) (not happening if MLD is disabled)
When configuring the switch as a MLD querier, it receives MLD answers and log is filling with error message really quick (~10 per minute)
If I disable MLD querier on the switch, less error logs are recorded (~10 per hour)
Is anybody having the same problem ?
Are you aware of a more recent firmware to try ?
