Model: EAP670
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.2

I recently purchased a EAP670 to replace some of my EAP110s. I have three wireless networks with the following VLANs: 20, 30, 50. VLAN 20 is a guest network. I can place my EAP110 on any VLAN and it works. However, when using the 50 VLAN on the EAP670, that is the untagged network LAN, I can connect to the AP but receive no IP.

Any ideas why? change the VLAN to 30 works fine. Guest on VLAN 20 works as expected.

  @Damasu For my 610v2 and 650, it has consistently been that I have to set the VLAN to Off for the WLAN that is associated with the native network wired to the AP.  My assumption has been that the native network is not tagged in Omada, and so there are no tagged packets for the AP to associate with the SSID.

Perhaps my system is screwy?

I also have a feature request in for Omada to have a port native network be tagged, since this is an option in standalone mode on TPLink switches.

  @Damasu

I have EAP225-outdoor and one of the SSIDs can work well with untag VLAN.

But my switch/router are both Omada and all of them are managed by the controller.

@Damasu - are your switches also managed by Omada?

  @Shoresy entire environment is omada. EAP110 can use the untagged network LAN EAP670 refuses to play nicely. I havent tried to use without VLAN but that seems to defeat the purpose.
