Is there a way to exchange devices between different sites with different controllers? If yes - how?

Current situation:

Site A has switch-1 (TL-SG2210P v3.20)

Site B has switch-5 (TL-SG2008 v3.0)

New situation:

Site A has switch-1 (TL-SG2008 v3.0)

Site B has switch-5 (TL-SG2210P v3.20)

While preserving the config where possible? Like IP-adresses and port profiles?

Meaning the config of the TL-SG2210P should be restored on TL-SG2008 (where possible - and v.v.).
