Hi All,

I have a device that shows as connected but will not get an IP address.  I have tried both setting it to a static device with an unused IP address and dynamic DHCP.  I have also tried restarting the device, clicking reconnect in Omada SDN and checked the Events in Omada which don't show any indication why.

Any suggestions?

  @MannyF

Did not see this problem before. However I feel it may be related to the router/DHCP server.

Make sure this deivce is conencted to a working SSID(if you setup VLANs), and your router have the newest firmware. Then reboot the router.
