Hi, having had problems adopting the ER605 I finally got it to adopt. Once adopted I changed the name of it and saved. As soon as I have done this, the network is now showing as offline as I view remotely.
Any ideas?
Are you on the newest controller? How are you hosting the controller? PC, OC appliance, or Cloud Hosted, etc?
Not sure your topology but if your controller and the router are on different sites, you need to confirm on controller side router, you've open port 29810-29814 for the controller IP
