Model: OC200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.21.7 Build 20221206 Rel.58608

Hi, we have a few clients that we manange network with OC200, ER-605 and EAPs, some networks we use the MAC filter to control access and we note that after the update 5.7.6 of OC200 Controller, when we disable the MAC Filter to add a new client, this client just can´t connect, than we have to reboot all devices in the topology, so this new client is able to connect, before the update, it was working fine, and we note this issue with all the devices we update. Does anyone having this issue?

  @Rodrigorhw

What is the firmware of your ER605 and your access points? Maybe try to update firmware to the newest.

I tried ER605 v2 with EAP225-Outdoor. Once I add new MAC address to the MAC group, the clients will be disconnected for few seconds but they can be connected again automatically.

Hi  @Somnus

All the devices are at their last firmware:

OC200 - 5.7.6

ER-605 V2 - 2.1.0 Build 20221230 Rel.55248
2 - EAP 225 US V3.0 - 5.0.9 Build 20220429 Rel. 43558

We note it stated to happen right after the OC200 update to 5.7.6, a few days ago TP Link released a new firmware update to ER605 V2, we did it expecting it would solve the problem, but still with the same bug, when we unmark the MAC Filter box in Wireless Networks and apply, the new user of this network just can´t connect, the phone or computer returns the message "Unable to connect "wirelles network" or if it is a windows OS "Windows can´t connect on this network", then we have to reebot all the system to be able to add those devices. And its not an isolated problem, we are experiencing it with all our other topologies. If anyone is having this problem will be nice to have a feedback.
