Support -- trying to upgrade the access point to the latest level.  My current level is 5.0.9 and trying to upgrade to 5.0.9 build 20220429

 

I have downloaded the file, uploaded the file into the AP - it started the upgade and never finishes.

 

Suggestions.

 

The good thing, on reboot -- I still have access.

Make sure you have Ethernet connection to the router/switch, then try web browser incognito mode
