Model: OC200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.21.7 Build 20221206 Rel.58608

I have a NAS previously assigned to a fixed IP address of 10.10.10.100. I changed the NAS IP address to 10.10.10.20. I did this by changing the NAS' static IP address to 10.10.10.20 and enabled fixed address for the client on Omada Controller. Now, the NAS is on 10.10.10.20, and I can access the NAS at that address.

Everything seems to work as it should. HOWEVER, the Omada Controller is still displaying 10.10.10.100 IP address for the client. There is no device at that address. I even tried rebooting the controller. Why the controller is still displaying the old address?

Ok. Rebooting the Gateway(DHCP server) fixed the problem.

Thanks!

Thank you so much for taking the time to report the issue to our community!

1. Could you please reboot the router(DHCP Server) and test again?

2. May I take a look at the Client list which may show this issue?

3. Have you compared the MAC address between IP 10.10.10.100 and your NAS to check if it is still the NAS?
