Is there any settings difference between version 1.2.1 and 1.2.3?

Is the clients which is running videoconferencing sw connecting to ER7206 wired or wirelessly?

Could you please do a speedtest when this issue occurs?

noticed when looking at MS teams connection status, it has some packet loss. changed all cables already, no success.

Have you set any advanced settings?

Can you reset the router and test again?

Please note reset procedure will make the router back to the default mode, you may backup settings before you reset it.

And please test it before you restore the settings.
