Hi,

 

My TL-R605 has suddenly gone offline in my OMADA software controller, and will not reconnect. I've rebooted both, and checked the controller inform IP on the router, but it still shows as disconnected in OMADA. Other than that, everything is working fine, all the config has remained on the router and it is functioning as normal as far as I can tell. No changes or special activity happened on there during the time that the router was last seen?

 

How can I get the router back online on the controller? I've noticed that there's an upgrade to v2.1.2 available, is installing that via the local config pages of the router likely to help at all?

Factory reset and re-adopt resolved it.

I installed the Omada Discovery Utility on a machine on the same network as the router and I see a "Failed to handle discovery msg" error message in the logs. The IP address and MAC address listed in the error match my gateway's details. This error is repeated over and over in the log.
