Model: ER7206 (TL-ER7206)
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.3 Build 20230224 Rel.60828

Controller 5.9.9 on Windows

I have two test sites with ER7206, after upgrading to the latest trail version, both sites have started with large amounts of ping warnings from the WAN.

Hello @shberge, @Itchigo , @LolleQ , @KimchiGUN ,

Thanks for reporting this issue to TP-Link community!

The support engineer has located this issue, and it will not affect the actual usage of router, don't worry.

It will be optimized in subsequent official versions of the ER7206.

Hello @shberge ,

How often did these logs occur?

Do these logs still occur now?

Did these events affect the actual usage of ER7206?

I have the same Problem. I start to downgrade the Firmware of the ER7206 in the next hour and give information

if the new Beta Firmware is the rootcause.

Confirmed, same strange behaviour  after upgrade to newest 1.2.3 Build 20230224 Rel.60828. Not a deal breaker, but it's kinda odd...

I can not teach anyone anything - I can only make them think - Socrates

  @Pady

Strange, these attack IPs are all public IP, the packets drop too much. Have you consulted with your ISP? It seems like a WAN-side issue.

Just striving to develop myself while helping others.
