I have two test sites with ER7206, after upgrading to the latest trail version, both sites have started with large amounts of ping warnings from the WAN.

The support engineer has located this issue, and it will not affect the actual usage of router, don't worry.
It will be optimized in subsequent official versions of the ER7206.

I have the same Problem. I start to downgrade the Firmware of the ER7206 in the next hour and give information
if the new Beta Firmware is the rootcause.

So, after I installed the firmware ER7206(UN)_V1_1.2.3 build 20221104, the messages disappeared.

it happens quite often, I have also downgraded the firmware and then it stops, I have also deactivated all the firewall settings and there is still a ping warning on the wan

Confirmed, same strange behaviour after upgrade to newest 1.2.3 Build 20230224 Rel.60828. Not a deal breaker, but it's kinda odd...

I have the same issue on mine, with the new beta firmware with 599 controller.
edit: i dont think its an issue, but would be nice to get an IP address where its coming from.

Strange, these attack IPs are all public IP, the packets drop too much. Have you consulted with your ISP? It seems like a WAN-side issue.
