Hello, I know there is a custom option. But why is it so limited?

 

Please add a simple option for update via HTTP(S) GET without mandatory parameters.
A variable for the WAN IP that you can put in the URL as a placeholder would be good.

  @Mox2488 you can fill to Update URL something like that:

 

http://myusername:mypassword@dynupdate.noip/nic/update?hostname=hostname1,hostname2,hostname3#[DOMAIN][USERNAME][PASSWORD]

 

characters after the hash # are ignored so you can put them here, then fill the real parameters directly to the Update URL.

 

Parameter myip=[IP] isn't mandatory
