i have a tp-link oc200

i have a tp-link TL-SG2008

i have three eap225 in a mesh connected via cable to the tp-link switch

one of them disconnects randomly, but usually after 28 minutes

 

i have relocated it and it still disconencts ( not a location issue)

I have forgotten it and adopted it (no change)

i have repalced the network cable three times and swapped with one used on one of the working AP, (no change)

i have turned off 2.4ghz (no change)

 

i beleive the device is faulty, how do i get it replaced ( one month old)

Can you drill into your OC200 and get any of the fault logs from the service and let me know what you are seeing. You should get a disconnection alert for the device that fails

hello

the event log says "name of ap was disconnected" it then gives me a date and time

no further details

  @grassyknoll Are you running all three antennas PoE??

Are all your antennas being powered up by your TL-SG2008P??

they are being powered by the injectors supplied, the tp-sg2008 has no POE

 

i have swapped injector with another ap to eliminate with no change

 

i have forgotten the suspect device, re adopted it, renamed it, given it a static up and swapped for one that doesn't fail

 

still disconnects but this time after 7 hours

Suspect ap225 is being returned under warranty, it's only 2 weeks old.
