Model: ER605 (TL-R605)
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.2

Hi,

With firmware 1.2.2 and 1.2.3 the gui is acting strangely on the Access Control List page. Each time I press ok to add a rule or when I delete a rule, the progress bar slowly proceed up to half it's way and stops. The page is staying still and not refreshing. If I hit Access Control button on the side menu, then the page refresh and show that the rule has been recorded or deleted. The rules seems to work as expected. This behavior occurs with firmware 1.2.2 and 1.2.3. I tried reverting back to 1.2.1 and the gui is acting normally. Then back to 1.2.2 and the gui is still waiting halfway.

Thanks for your help.

  @PlasticWood

Have you tried to empty your browser cache or to use a new In-Private window?

Also using a different browser might help.

  @Hoamboy

Hi,

Yes I operate the router using chrome in-private window on a windows machine. I just tried with firefox in-private on a ubuntu machine that I don't use for browsing and the same happened.

Thanks

EDIT: I just tried with "Slim Browser" in-private and the progress bar still stops midway but the page refresh by itself after a couple of seconds.

Update

The problem I described earlier occurs when I access the router using an address from a different vlan i.e. accessing the router at 192.168.1.1 from a computer with an address from 192.168.5.X. Accessing the router at 192.168.5.1 works normally. It's still different than firmware v1.2.1 which show no problem accessing the router from any host on different vlan. Hope this will be fixed on the release version.

Thanks!
