I can't find any references online nor in the manual on how to upload/set an SSL certificate for my tp-link ER605 business router.

I thought you should use it under the controller mode and you can go to System settings to import it:

Just striving to develop myself while helping others.

  @Virgo I'm not (and I'm not going to) use Omada Controller.
