DHCP server allocating IP address before the lease expires

I see many DHCP server IP address allocations sometimes minutes apart for the same device. I have set the lease period to be 48 hours, but reallocations keep happening way earlier. Some times I see internet access interruptions but I am not able to pin point it to load balancer or the ISP. This started happening after I upgraded to 605 from 470. So my suspicions are on 605 still. Any help to isolate and fix the problem will be appreciated. I have a deco mesh farm sitting behind the load balancer. I have configured 2 WANs and the rest as LANs

May I know exactly how earlier in advance before the DHCP lease expired?
How often did this issue happen and can you reproduce it stably?
May I know if there is a reboot behavior on the client devices or ER605 during the DHCP lease time?

I am attaching a copy paste of my system log from er605
all allocations for the same deco mesh router. The router is physically close by connected with a short cat6 cable.
these allocations happen with other devices too.

it is not reproduceable consistently. It happens randomly. So far I have not been able to identify what sequence of events results in this
