Hello.
After a few days I have a problem with my EAP225-Outdoor....

It is not possible to connect a device with this AP.

This AP is connect on a TL-SG2428P v1.0 via POE.

Port 22 are Admin too.

The AP is connect to the Admin IP-Range 192.168.0....

The W-Lan for 2,4 and 5 GHz are on Vlan 1 = Admin = 192.168.0.... too.

When I connect now my iPhone to this network, I get a IP like 169.254.238.170 and a subnet 255.255.0.0....

I have no idea why......

 

My other AP EAP115 are just working fine with the same settings.

 

Where is the fault?

Suggest you check if the EAP225 obtains a valid IP, and better to change the ethernet cables to test.

Normally, it will be fixed by changing a short cable.

Yes my AP get a correct IP (Picture)IP APIP Address

 

It is not possible to connect a device to this AP.

And when a device to to connect, it gets a wrong IP and Subnet ID....

Cable change, port change...

Feels like AP broken after 2 month outdoor -.-

Hey it looks like AP are broken, after 10 min online the AP is extrem hot O.0 50 degee plus...

surprise Sounds a little terrible. Suggest contacting the support team for a replacement in case it is a hardware issue.
