I'm considering an ER605v2 and OC200 as a replacement for my Ubiquiti EdgeRouterX.

Is it possible to view bandwidth usage of devices on the network?  This is something that my old ASUS was able to do, but the EdgeRouterX struggles to generate any sort of meaningful output.

I want to be able to identify any devices that are behaving abnormally (either download or upload) and to get a general (graphical) overview of whats coming in and going out.

Also, I take it that the 605 will work ok with a UK Virgin Media Gigabit service?  The EdgeRouterX can handle this connection fine, but the old ASUS capped out at about 700Mbps.
