Hello, I need some thoughts and assistance on our new setup with TP Link devices and Starlink in which we are getting some very inconsistent speeds.

This is the hardware we are using.

Internet Starlink
Router MR 600 

Controller Omada OC200
POE Switch TP LINK SF1009P

4x AP EAP225

This is was our initial setup

                                                                                             PORT 1 - MR 600

Starlink - MR600 (WAN port) - POE Switch (from LAN 1) - PORT 2 - OC 200 controller

                                                                                             PORT 3 - 6 EAP225

Have 2 WLAN Groups operating on 5Ghz on all the EAP's

And here are the wirless speedtest results.

Starlink (Directly) 150-250mbps

MR600 (Directly) 150 - 250mbps 

ALL EAP's 50-100mbps

I also changed one of the EAP's so it goes directly from the MR600 (with it's seperate POE) instead of the POE PORT. On the 1st day it got 150-250. Now It's 50-100mbps (And it's also still showing up on the Omada Controller despite not being connected to the POE switch?

What's chocking the speed?

I'm pretty new to this so I would appreciate any thoughts or input on the setup to maximize the speed and reach over all the EAP's

EDIT: I'm using only CAT6/CAT 6E cables and all software has the recent updates.

I also wired directly to the MR 600 in which I got +250mbps and also wired to the POE in which I got 80mbps
