OC200 controller won't register on the network

OC200 controller won't register on the network
My OC200 does not now register on the network. The Cloud LED does not come on and there is no IP address assigned. Both the App and Cloud service say it is offline.
I've tried resetting it by holding in the reset button but this makes no difference.
Any ideas please?
