My OC200 does not now register on the network. The Cloud LED does not come on and there is no IP address assigned. Both the App and Cloud service say it is offline.

 

I've tried resetting it by holding in the reset button but this makes no difference.

 

Any ideas please?

Problem solved. I found this page https://community.tp-link.com/en/business/forum/topic/270472 which showed me how install a new firmware version when not being able to access the device. Once the firmware was installed, it all sorted itself out and it is now running normally.

 

The only idea I have for why this problem existed is it could have been a problem with a firmware update.
