we are developing device for internal usage in our company and for inner communication we are using TP-Link ethernet components (ER605 and TL-SG108E). Problem is that boot of ER605 takes 180 seconds. I tried to recover factory settings and disable every not required function but no luck. Only change was when I tried to flash firmware "ER605(UN)_V2_2.0.1 Build 20220223", then the boot time was about 140 seconds. Point is that other components in our device boots in 5 seconds so ER605 is bottle neck in this case. When I was searching for advice on internet, then I found that for one user the boot time of this ER605 was about 45 seconds which would be sufficient for us (target is below 60 seconds). Do you know what is wrong? Do you know some way how to improve boot time? Any advice? Thanks in advance.
