Still seeing DHCP issues - ER605 v2.0 with 2.1.2 firmware

I've started experiencing DHCP issues again in the last couple of days, I have a number of devices that have been working fine for a long period of time and now they simply cannot pick up an IP, also assigning a fixed IP does not work. One device was a Windows PC which was able to connect to the WiFi network and I observed that ipconfig showed a correct IP address but no gateway was listed and the connection was listed in Windows as having no internet access.
Any ideas what to check or try?
Devices being used are:
OC200
ER605 v2.0 2.1.2
TL-SG2008P v2.0 2.0.6
3xEAP650(EU) v1.0 1.0.6
EAP610-Outdoor(EU) v1.0 1.1.3

Whilst on holiday last week I saw that the new 2.2.0 firmware was released so I installed that and then when I got back I was able to reconnect the 2 smart power strips without any issues and the Google Nest speaker also connected fine as well. The other issues I'd been having also seem to have been resolved so I'm not having to switch the randomised MAC option on and off on Android devices for instance to keep them connected, so despite there not being anything in the release notes about fixes for the kind of issues I've been having it does seem to have fixed things so I'll take that as a win, unless there is some significant security issue I don't think I'll be upgrading again.
