On 7/14/23 SDN version 5.12.2 was listed on the US website for download. I downloaded up upgraded my version 5.9.31 without issue. As of today 7/24, version 5.12.2 is no longer available for download. Was 5.12.2 posted by accident or was it pulled because of issues?

It is said that controller v5.12 has some trouble and will release a fix ASAP. Check this:
