@Hank21 I am getting these same 3 messages every 2 minutes since Feb 25 (the log is full so probably longer). 5396 records. Is this considered normal network behavior?

i wonder is my IP is not blacklisted from your firewall, because now my OC200 is totally "disconneted from cloud" for many hours.
could, TP LINK, check, if my IP has an issue ?
because i have now the same issue with my synology nas: i can't access services like tp link cloud....

Hello!
I have the same issue. The Controller loses the connection to the cloudlink and we are not able to access the internet anymore.
After a few minutes (45 minutes) the Controller goes back online and we are able to work again.
This is unacceptable in a work environment.
I have a OC200 v2.0 (Firmware 2.13.2 Build 20240110 Rel.78759) Controller version 5.13.24 connected to a TL-SG3428XMP v2.0 switch and have two EAP660 HD(EU) v1.0. All devices firmware up to date.
The Router is connected to the internet while the error occurs.
If i restart the router the connection goes back online faster. But also if i restart the switch, with the routers power intact, the connection goes back online...
I have reset the whole system (TP Link Controller, Switch and AP´s) to factory settings in December 2023 since then until now March 2024 the connection was up and running every day without the error.
But now since the 21st of March 2024 i have up to three connection losses a day again. Maybe even more...
I did not change anything in my setup. Only the newest firmware updates have been made.
I really need a solution to this problem.
thank you very much in advance
