Hello everyone,
I have been working as an IT specialist for 31 years.
I am an IT employee for a small group of companies full-time. In addition, I take care of IT developments and supervision for a few clients in my own company.
Areas of interest: LAN/WAN, Unifi, Mikrotik, T-Plink, Hikvision, Dahua.
In the past few years, I have installed complete networks based on Omada, with TP-Link devices, in the offices of smaller companies, smart homes and factories.
I am interested in reading the stories, problems and solutions of the other participants. I hope to find an answer to my problems in the group.

While my main work is in content and digital media, I’ve been diving into home and office networking setups to support smooth video streaming. I’ve been exploring TP-Link’s Omada ecosystem lately and love how customizable and scalable it is — especially for multi-device households or small media setups.
Why I joined:

Joining TP-Link community as an owner of several OMADA network assets, router, hardware controller, switches and EAP.
Context is home network only, but more and more connected devices, such multimedia & IoT.
Purpose is to design something compliant with enterprise standard. To provide the best EUX to the family & friends. Reliance and protection against threats.
Got more than 25 years business experience in IT, software first, security then. Got basic network skills.
