Reach out to TPLink support, was provided a new firmware version, that fixed the issue. Previous day(s) recordings are now visible, and current day recordings from 0000 - 1000 are present.

Noticed this has happened since the last firmware update

Try out the latest firmware: https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/download/vigi-nvr1004h-4p/#Firmware

It should fix it.

Looks like the new has fixed my time issues, including the system not taking network time correctly.

  Hi @Clive_A I am having the exact same issue on the NVR1008H(UN) 1.0. do you know if they will be releasing a firmware update for that model with the fix?
