Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.19.3 Build 20230906 Rel.38429

As I was used until V5.12.9 as described in the user manual REV5.9.0.pdf >> 7. 2. 3 Vouchers > Create vouchers > Click +Create Vouchers on the lower-left...

 

Now I can't find this I call "create a single voucher option" and I was only able to to create vouchers in Vouchers > Voucher Groups > + Create Vouchers Group

 

Is this the normal way to create a single voucher?

  @Hanzi55 Of course, this is normal, and you can see that this function is added in the release note of firmware v5.12.9. Compared with the previous function, the current Voucher group provides a better experience and richer management methods.
