Release Notes

 

New Feature/Enhancement

 

1. Add accounting function for MAC authentication.

2. Remove support for WEP and TKIP encryption, in both Controller and Standalone mode.

3. Supports MAC Authentication with Encrypted SSID.

4. Support NTP time synchronization in Controller mode.

5. Supports Standalone Mesh.

 

 

Beta Firmware Download

 

Attention

1. Please be sure you have read the Beta Test Agreement before upgrading the Beta firmware!

2. Please ensure that you know which version (EU/US/CA/JP/EG) you shall use on your Omada EAP devices before you download the following EAP firmware.

 

EAP223(EU&US)_V1_1.2.0_Build 20230907 (Beta)

Notes:

(1) The above firmware is applied to EAP223 V1.0 and V1.6.

(2) Your device’s configuration won’t be lost after upgrading.

(3) The above firmware is fully adapted to Omada SDN Controller v5.7.
