Model: SG2210MP
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

In your 2023 Omada Solutions guide, I saw your list of 2.5 Gbps switches with 10G SFP uplinks. They all look like full width rack mount units.

1st question: Are any of those fanless?

9d17d8ca9faa49df878e2ccbaa015cab

2nd question: Do you have plans to upgrade the more compact switches to 2.5G, like the following:

0756c6a39a7848d889d3e8d2c328ffe2 51d42be0fbf244249ecf013770f506e5

... the TL-SG2210MP, TL-SG2210P, TL-SG2005P-PD, and TL-SG2008P.

Hi @DataMeister

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

1. No. 3210XHP-M2 is not fanless. Based on this practical, with PoE features, these models are unlikely to be fanless. It's hard to say the last one, but it depends on the heat generated from the device and its effect on the device. I don't have any info about unreleased models yet.

2. No info about this yet. If it's 5-port or 8, that'll be an unmanaged switch. So far I don't hear any news about other models.

If it is an unmanaged switch then it wouldn't be part of the Omada system, would it?

It is not. But you can still use it with the Omada eco-system.
