For some strange reasons when I transfer files between my two servers I get the incorrect data telling me that the receiving server is actually transfering the packages and the sending server is actually receiving packages. It's a bit unconfortable cuz I get confused and have to double check the labels (labels that used to show MAC address).

This server should be receiving packages                                                                while this one should be sending them

Instead I get this when hoevering over the statistics>

A switch shows stats for its ports, not for the devices connected to them. When I look at stats for some switchports and have the devices connected to them in my mind, I read those stats like “bits sent (transmitted) to…” and “bits received from...”
