The following bug is occurring with us:
When changing the internet provider of the Omada software, some EAPs are losing their configuration (it does not reset) and it freezes and stops working.
Then, when trying to use the internet, the famous blank screen appears.

Set:
2 x Omada software online controller with -> Portal -> Hotspot -> VOUCHER

approx. 40 sites on Omada (each with starlink antennas)

approx. 200 eaps (most are eap110 and eap225)
 

It works like this:
Starlink --> switch --> EAP110 --> Omada software controller online (external site)

The bug arises when we change Omada software's internet provider. When change the IP of the Omada.

Some EAPs 110 crash, stop working and the blank screen appears (approx. 5% of them).

Está ocorrendo o seguinte bug conosco:
ao mudar o provedor de internet do Omada software, alguns EAPs estão perdendo a configuração (não chega a resetar) e trava, para de funcionar.
Em Seguida, ao tentar utilizar a internet, surge a famosa blank screen.

Set:
2 x Omada software controller online
aprox. 200 eaps (maioria é eap110 e eap225)
aprox. 40 sites (cada um com antenas starlink)

Assim funcionando:
Starlink --> switch --> EAP110 --> Omada software controller online (site externo)

O bug surge quando nós alteramos provedor de internet do Omada software.

Alguns EAPs 110 travam, param de funcionar e aparece a blank screen (aprox. 5% deles).
