I still have the same problem as someone before me. was his problem resolved? How can I solve this problem too?

Hello @Jens89,

 

We have tested the PPSK without Radius feature with the EAP245 V3 5.1.0, and it works properly.

May I know if you can confirm this issue started to happen after the EAP245 firmware upgrades?

 

If you re-configure the PPSK- related settings, can it work again?

Can it fix after you downgrade the EAP245 firmware back to the original version?

Could you elaborate on the problem phenomenon for " I still have the same problem"?
