Wired Device doesn't show in Omada Controller

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.1.1 Build 20230901 Rel.55651

the problem is that the wired device is already connected to the LAN port but it doesn't show any wired device in the wired list in the Omada hardware base controller. It also doesn't show in topology. What is happening and how shall I solve this issue?
