EAP660 HD doesn't function after about 50 days
I have two EAP660 HD, configured the same, not using an OC200.
There are 7 SSIDs — 5 Personal and 2 Enterprise. Same SSIDs for 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz.
After about 50 days of uptime, I could no longer connect to one of them by WiFi from an Android phone.
I was able to log on to the web interface. CPU & memory usage looked normal. But there were 0 clients listed on the status page.
I power cycled it, and then it functioned normally.
This sounds very similar to this: EAP660HD Unstable after about 30 days. - Business Community

Hi @CraigMcQ,
EAP660 has released a new firmware version EAP660 HD_V1_1.2.9 Build 20230922, you may upgrade it and test it.
Please make sure there is no WiFi Shcedule settings here, and confirm whether the power supply is stable. It is suggested to use a short cable for testing.

Hello @CraigMcQ,
May I know the current firmware version of your EAP660?
If possible, please distinguish the SSIDs for the 2.4GHz and 5GHz, verify if the issue only exists on a specific band.
Can you reproduce this issue stably?

Can you see the firmware version given in my original message? 1.1.1 Build 20220118 Rel. 60852(5553)
I have seen the advice "distinguish the SSIDs for the 2.4GHz and 5GHz" elsewhere. Is this due to a known bug in the EAP660 HD, or something else?
This issue appears to be reproducable simply by waiting 1-2 months. I have had it happen at least 3 times.

@Hank21 I upgraded to v1.2.9 on 20-Dec-2023. I think they ran continuously until today, when the electricity company shut down power to our street (and my UPS ran out after 47 minutes). So they ran continuously for 72 days. That is an improvement over the v1.1.1 firmware.

I upgraded to v1.2.10 on 22nd April 2024. Today I found that the EAP660 HD had become unstable in their operation — which is 50 days. Connectivity was remediated by a power-cycle. I found v1.2.11 is available, so I've upgraded to that. We'll see how it goes on 31st July 2024 which will be 50 days from now.

@gigel There was a power outage on 1st August 2024, which lasted about 80 minutes, but the UPS ony held up for 40 minutes. I didn't notice Wi-Fi degradation before the power outage, but it was borderline on ~51 days, so I'm not sure.
SInce then, we had another power outage on 15th September 2024, which lasted over 5 hours. So I will have to wait until 5th November to see how the Wi-Fi is going.
