Goodday,

 

I got an EAP653 wifi AC. And run omada controller 5.13.22 on a Debian VM. But somedays every hour or sereval times in an hour and someday couple of times a day the AC is disconnected from the controller. It also reconnects right away. After I reboot the controller it goes okay for a while. I had the same problem with i thought it was 5.9 version of Omada controller.

 

After I upgraded to 5.13.22 I thoughtit was running okay, but again after a couple of days it started to get disconnecting again.

 

Does more poeple experiencing this with this firmware?

Firmware completely updated?

 

Also, can you confirm the AP is rebooting or losing physical connection to the network... during this time?

 

Did you adopt the AP per DNS or a IP address?  

 

Check the switch logs to confirm nothing is blinking the ports during this issue?

Thanks for the quick replay.

 

The firmware is completely updated, the AP is not rebooting or loose physical connection with the network. Wifi also keeps working.

 

But if I login on the Omada controller is see 260+ logs with device disconnected.

I adopt the AP after it automaticly appeared in Omada controller as discovered device.  Since last reboot from yesterday evening it happent only once yet.

But it will start again in a couple of days.

Unfortunately it still happents. Is there a way to get more info in to logs to see whats happening?

 

Edit: Found in device info zip file : reason":"Inform timeout"}
