Or you ARP scan to look for the IP address of the switch. Basic tool.

If you cannot use any MAC address scanner or arp to scan its IP, then you use the console connection to log in to the switch and check its config.

I recommend you refer to the CLI User Guide for this model and enter it and check its settings. If it is static IP, you'd find it by the VLAN and L3 features. I don't know why an item in production would be missing out on the maintenance and have a good record of its settings/parameters. The last guy is very irresponsible.
